The Covid-19 experience has put a dramatic emphasis on what is essential to our health and well-being.

I am so heartened and inspired by all the loving and caring ways people all over the world have stepped up to support each other.

If you are home and needing a booster shot of essential love, one powerful way to strengthen your own well-being or that of another is with empowering affirmations.

Today I want to share an affirmation from my upcoming masterclass EPIC Prosperity.

The affirmation is:

"I have unshakeable faith in the perfect outcome for every situation in my life.”

When you sense fear or frustration sneaking in, consciously reach for this powerful affirmation.

Here are some things to look out for: negative self-talk, anxiety over money, fear of loss, yelling at the TV screen when the news is playing, boredom and frustration, or comparing yourself to others.

Genuine awareness is key to transcending any negative thoughts or feelings.

Today be diligent as you work with your affirmation.

You may even want to write it on a piece of paper or a bright Post-it note and stick it to your computer screen or somewhere you can see it  throughout the day.

A visual reminder of your affirmation is a subtle but powerful way to imprint it on your consciousness.

Begin to feel a flicker of belief again. Shift to a place of hope that things are going to work out for you.

If you want to go deeper with today’s spiritual insight, take note of what word or phrase stands out to you. Be still for a moment throughout the day and feel its influence within you.
